The merger between Hooymeijer and Tunderman to form HM Group resulted in strengthening each others services, but also caused the need to connect two different company cultures. Knowing that in the near future more companies would likely join, we developed a future-proof brand strategy, brand story and identity that unites both the teams and the clients.
Meet our people
HM Group’s distinct feature lies in the people who do their work every day with a smile on their face. Being a family company, their culture is based on trust and a strong believe in the value of working together to get it right. From the start we got up close and personal with HM Group by introducing the team through intimate portraits and interviews.
For the team page we asked employees why they enjoy working at HM Group and shot a portrait of every single person (a total of 130) working at HM Group.
One of the questions we tried to solve is how to stand out on the road. Up close, but also from a distance. The result? Bright, fresh trucks carrying a simple and memorable message.
